This entry-level retail leadership role focuses on opening/closing duties, enabling a premium shopping environment, and driving in-store performance. You will develop skills in customer service management, teamwork, and retail operations while advancing within Skechers' global brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: provide expert advice and ensure great in-store experience.
• Retail Leadership: oversee daily operations, opening/closing, and security.
• Team Leadership: mentor and support teammates in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: contribute to store and individual targets through effective selling.
• Store Operations: execute merchandising, restock, and maintain cleanliness.
