Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: deliver expert advice on Skechers products and ensure a great experience.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily operations, open/close procedures, and maintain security and standards.
• Team Leadership: mentor team members in entry-level retail tasks including customer service and sales.
• Sales and Goals: help achieve store targets through effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: merchandise, restock, and keep the store clean.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: oversee stock and collaborate with management.
• Problem Solving: identify and resolve in-store challenges for a smooth shopping experience.
