Job summary

Maverick Fine Western Wear in Fort Worth Stockyards seeks a Manager on Duty to lead the sales floor with example-driven leadership, coaching, and daily store operations. You will drive personal sales, mentor staff, oversee openings and closings, and ensure excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced western-fashion retail setting.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience required.
• Strong sales experience with a demonstrated ability to achieve performance goals.
• Two years of merchandising experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and lead in a busy retail environment.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems; experience with Counterpoint is a plus.
• An interest in western fashion, retail merchandising, and customer relationship building.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
