You will oversee salesfloor and stockroom activities, coach staff on product knowledge, recruit and develop talent, manage scheduling and payroll, and protect store assets. This role requires strong leadership and a passion for fashion trends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of store management or supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to drive business results in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee salesfloor and stockroom operations, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Coach staff to demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Recruit, hire, and train management and non-management associates.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Oversee inventory, replenishment, stockroom, and omni-channel operations.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and oversee store maintenance.
• Open and close the store and operate POS systems.
