Job summary

Hurley Retail in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Store Team Member to support management in delivering premium customer service, achieving sales targets and maintaining store standards.

You will build customer connections, develop product knowledge, and assist with shipments, merchandising, and daily store operations. This role involves opening/closing duties and working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year retail experience preferred.
• Ability to understand direction and communicate in English.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and management.
• Demonstrate a courteous and helpful attitude.
• Must manage time to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Physical requirements include twisting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, lifting 10 lbs, and standing for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium customer service and maintain store standards.
• Embrace and apply customer service training principles.

• Develop product expertise and keep up with new products.
• Maintain retail standards including attendance and conduct.
• Ensure daily restock and merchandising standards are met.
• Support store operations (front/back of house, shipping/receiving, opening/closing).
• Collaborate with Store Manager and partners to plan shipments and identify opportunities.
• Take responsibility in the Store Manager's absence.
• Handle product flow, markdowns, transitions and refills.
• Perform store opening and closing duties.
