Skechers USA, Inc. in Evansville, IN is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder to support store operations and mentor the team in delivering excellent customer service. You will oversee daily duties, assist in achieving sales goals, and maintain Skechers’ premium shopping environment.

As a floor leader, you will supervise opening/closing, handle merchandising, and coach Associates to strengthen skills in customer service, sales and operations while advancing within the brand.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Service Management: Engage with customers to deliver expert advice on Skechers products and ensure a great experience.
• Retail Leadership Role: Supervise daily operations, store opening/closing, and security protocols.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales targets using effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Restock products, execute merchandising plans, and maintain cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock and inventory routines and coordinate with management.
