Skechers is seeking a Key Holder (Floor Leader) to support store operations, mentor a team, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. In this entry-level management role, you will oversee opening and closing procedures, drive sales, maintain presentation, and contribute to a premium shopping experience while growing toward Retail Management.

Starting hourly rate is $19.67–$20.87, with regular increases and employee discounts on Skechers products; flexible

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder/Shift Leader/Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
