Job summary

Goodwill Dallas is hiring a Keyholder to uphold exceptional customer service, operate POS systems, and oversee secure, clean stores in Rockwall, TX. The role supports leadership through merchandising, cash handling, and daily reporting.

The position is full-time, day shift, with duties including inventory control and adherence to loss-prevention policies. Prior retail/supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Minimum two years retail and one year supervisory experience; experience with people with disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 100% world-class customer service.
• Open/close duties; manage POS drawers, cash handling, and duties assignment.
• Process incoming/outgoing donations.
• Enforce loss prevention and safety policies.
• Keep facility neat, clean, safe and organized.
• Assist inventory control and rotation of apparel/hard goods.
• Maintain merchandise knowledge and pricing awareness.
• Complete counts, deposits, and daily financial reports per policy.
• Attend training and perform duties per Team Leader.
• Participate in additional Goodwill Dallas activities.
