Job summary

Feishu in San Jose is seeking a Store Keyholder to support the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering a premier shopping experience. You will help supervise daily store operations, train and motivate teammates, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain visual standards across the floor and back of house.

You will actively engage customers, promote brand initiatives, handle register transactions, assist with opening/closing procedures, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive store culture

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team to achieve store sales goals.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship-building.
• Ability to maintain brand standards in merchandising and presentation.
• Adept at inventory management and stock replenishment processes.
• Familiar with POS transactions and cash handling procedures.
