Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree related to business management preferred.
• Minimum of six months retail experience in a service-oriented business desirable.
• Experience managing in a fast-paced, professional environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends regularly.
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Attendance expectations based on full-time/part-time/seasonal status.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store floor operations and staff to ensure smooth sales floor execution.
• Manages merchandising, floor layout, signage, and product recovery.
• Ensures dressing rooms and sales floor meet standards and cleanliness.
• Performs floor walks and communicates needs to store management.
• Oversees cash handling procedures and reconciles transactions.
• Trains and develops Retail Floor staff and conducts regular one-on-one meetings.
• Supports hiring and onboarding of new staff; ensures policy compliance.
• Promotes employee engagement and a positive, respectful work environment.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal laws and company policies.
• Maintains a safe, organized sales floor and supports other departments as needed.
