Sedona Crystal Vortex is seeking a Retail Lead to help run the floor at one of our Sedona locations. You will direct the team, uphold store standards, and address issues before the Manager steps in.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in retail with experience directing others on a floor.
• Strong customer instincts with hands-on leadership.
• Clear communicator and dependable team player.
• Able to reset priorities quickly as floor changes.
• Weekend availability for high-traffic destination.
• Reliable transportation to Sedona.

Responsibilities

• Run daily floor operations, task assignment, pacing, and team readiness.
• Lead by example in customer interactions and uphold store standards.
• Prioritize work around peak traffic; adjust on the fly as needed.
• Train associates on daily tasks and store standards.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintain visual and operational standards across the store.
• Partner with Store Manager on staffing and customer concerns.
• Troubleshoot POS and store technology issues.
