Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. seeks a Retail Sales Floor Team Lead to elevate shopper experience and uphold brand standards on the Mt. Juliet floor.

You will oversee front end and sales floor operations, including cash handling, service quality, and merchandising execution, driving sales and team readiness in a mission-driven nonprofit setting. You will coach staff, monitor KPIs, and align daily priorities with our TRUE Core Values.

Qualifications

• This role requires strong customer service and communication skills to support shoppers and team members.
• Experience in cash handling, queue management, and retail operations is essential.
• Ability to learn and follow store procedures, policies, and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Front End operations including registers, queue management, exchanges, and cash issues.
• Train and onboard new front end team members on procedures and service standards.
• Maintain merchandising standards and ensure brand presentation on the sales floor.
• Support shopper experience with friendly, fast service and issue resolution.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies across the store.
