Responsibilities

• Directs customer service and sales activities in store; resolves issues and ensures outstanding customer service.
• Maintains merchandise standards through Put to Fixture, SET, and Visual process execution and drives sell‑through opportunities.
• Trains, mentors, and coaches associates on omnichannel processes (ship from store, BOPIS, curbside pickup) and reporting metrics.
• Leads specialty areas (Fine Jewelry, Mattress, Window) and monitors associated processes to reduce shrink.
• Partners with management to source and hire hourly staff; coaches in the moment and addresses performance issues.
