Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise the floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive store performance on the sales floor. You will guide daily operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience, while modeling company values and culture.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and hands-on involvement in opening/closing routines, POS, and omni-channel fulfillment in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent.
• Retail supervisory/leadership experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.
