Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience, serving as Floor Supervisor and guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to run store operations effectively.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, operating POS, fulfilling omni-channel orders, and driving sales with strong product knowledge. Expect a part-time schedule with weekend availability and growth opportunities within a global team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred) or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience (preferred).
