You will operate a floor scrubber and buffer, be cross-trained in multiple areas, and support safety, loss prevention, and exceptional customer service as part of a diverse, growth-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Strong communication skills: verbal and written.
• Retail customer experience preferred.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care.
• Operate the scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass and windows.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the business needs.
• Support and respond to Front End coverage needs.
• Uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Participate in store recovery and safety initiatives.
• Follow health and safety policies and other duties as assigned.
