Job summary

HomeGoods at TJX Companies in Bedford, MA is seeking a store associate to maintain a clean and organized environment, operating a floor scrubber and buffer, and performing dust and damp mops, sweeping, and window cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor scrubber and buffer; perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass/windows.
• Maintain clean, organized store areas including Sales Floor, Backroom, and Restrooms.
• Follow health and safety policies; assist with loss prevention and established standards.
• Cross-train to support multiple store areas as needed.
• Communicate effectively with management and Associates.
