Job summary

HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. in Bedford, MA is seeking a Store Associate to maintain a clean, safe store environment with emphasis on floor care.

You will operate a scrubber and buffer and perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and glass cleaning. You will follow all operational, merchandise, and loss-prevention standards and may cross-train in other areas to support business needs, including front-end coverage and merchandising guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care.
• Operate the floor scrubber and buffer; perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and dusting; clean glass and windows.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Support Front End coverage and uphold merchandising signage standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery and safety practices.
