Job summary

HomeGoods, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., seeks a store cleaner to maintain a clean store environment, operate a floor scrubber and buffer, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the sales floor, backrooms and restrooms.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor scrubber and buffer.
• Dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust and spot clean glass/windows.
• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards across areas.
• Cross-train to support multiple store areas.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and loss prevention controls.
• Communicate clearly with managers and associates.
• Support Front End coverage as needed.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain signage standards.
