Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Cleaning Associate to maintain a clean and organized environment across our HomeGoods store locations. You will operate floor scrubbers and buffers, mop and dust areas, and support multiple store areas as needed to uphold standards and safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean store environment and operate scrubber and buffer.
• Perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass/windows.
• Adhere to health, safety, loss prevention, and store policies; support various store areas as needed.
• Cross-trained in Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor and other areas to support business needs.
• Communicate accurately with management and associates; participate in store recovery and merchandising standards.
