Marshalls in Simi Valley, CA is hiring for a store associate focused on floor care and maintaining a clean, organized environment. You will operate scrubber and buffer machines, mop floors, dust and clean glass, and support various store areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate scrubber and buffer and maintain floor care.
• Dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass and windows.
• Adhere to health and safety, loss prevention, and store policies.
• Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store.
• Support Front End coverage needs and store recovery.
• Uphold merchandising signage standards and policies.
• Maintain cleanliness of Sales Floor, Backroom, Restrooms, and Associate areas.
