Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a dedicated store associate to maintain a clean and organized environment with focus on floor care. You will operate scrubbers, mop floors, dust, sweep, vacuum, and perform window cleaning while supporting various store areas as needed.

Ideal candidates bring excellent customer service, ability to multi-task, strong communication skills, and physical stamina to handle cleaning tasks and equipment.

• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber.

• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care.
• Operate the scrubber and buffer; dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass/windows.
• Cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Support and respond to Front End coverage needs and uphold merchandising standards.
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed and loss prevention controls are respected.
