Job summary

Marshalls in Saint Augustine is seeking a store associate focused on floor care and customer service. You will operate scrubber and buffer, perform mopping, sweeping, dusting, and maintain cleanliness across Sales Floor, Backroom, Restrooms, and Lounge.

The role promotes safety, teamwork, and adherence to store standards while supporting multiple areas as needed. The position emphasizes a flexible schedule, strong communication, and the ability to respond to changing store needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass and windows.
• Adhere to health, safety and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Assist with Front End coverage and uphold merchandising signage standards.
