Job summary

TJ Maxx in Georgetown, TX is seeking a Store Associate to keep the store clean and organized, operate floor scrubber and buffer, and perform dust mopping and general housekeeping to support a safe shopping environment.

You will collaborate with teammates, deliver excellent customer service, and adapt to varied tasks across the store while upholding company policies and loss prevention standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate scrubber and buffer to maintain floor cleanliness.
• Perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning of glass/windows.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to support multiple store areas as needed.
• Maintain store-wide cleanliness and recovery standards.
