Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Strong communication skills: verbal and written.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with floor care, including scrubber and buffer operation.
• Dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; support multiple store areas as needed.
• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness across Sales Floor, Backroom, and Restrooms; respond to Front End coverage needs.
• Communicate accurately with management and Associates; follow safety, labor, and policy guidelines.
