Job summary

TJ Maxx in Wesley Chapel is hiring a Store Associate responsible for maintaining a clean store environment with focus on floor care. You will operate scrubbers, buffers, and perform damp/wet mopping, dusting, and window cleaning while adhering to safety and loss prevention standards.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to cross-train across store areas to support business needs. A flexible schedule and team collaboration are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care.
• Operate the scrubber and buffer; dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust and spot-clean glass and windows.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; support store needs in multiple areas.
• Cross-trained to work in Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor, and other sections as needed.
• Communicate accurately with management and associates; uphold labor laws and safety standards.
