The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a store associate at TJ Maxx in Texarkana to maintain a clean, organized shopping environment and support floor care duties. You will operate cleaning equipment, mop floors, dust and wipe surfaces, and help keep restrooms and break areas stocked and safe.

The role requires solid customer service, reliability, and the ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced retail setting; prior retail experience is a plus.

• Assist with store recovery and customer service as needed.
