Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in USA Marshalls Store 0031 Nanuet NY is seeking a dedicated floor care associate to maintain a clean, safe retail environment. You will operate floor buffers, perform dust and damp mopping, and support store operations while delivering strong customer service.

• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.

• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber.

• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care.
• Operate the scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, and spot clean glass/windows.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Support front-end coverage and uphold merchandising signage standards.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain safety and procedural compliance.
