Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is hiring an Associate, Outlet to be the first point of contact for customers, greeting them warmly and responding to inquiries. You will operate a point-of-sale cash register and help keep the sales floor organized and stocked, while upholding company values and safety rules.

The role requires assisting customers, handling transactions accurately, and potentially cross-training in other areas. Evening and weekend availability is preferred to support outlet operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail sales or cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Basic math and data entry accuracy; comfort with cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service.
• Operate POS system and handle transactions with accuracy.
• Keep sales floor tidy and well-stocked according to rotation schedules.
• Assist customers with questions and purchases; follow outlet rules.
