You will drive sales, manage the team, coordinate warehouse activities, and ensure safety compliance across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing facilities operations, fleet operations, inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence decisions.
• Results-driven with focus on sales targets and service quality.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Hire and schedule employees for store and warehouse operations.
• Manage time and attendance and payroll reporting.
• Drive sales and customer engagement strategies.
• Train new hires on warehouse protocols and safety standards.
• Supervise warehouse personnel and ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee inventory control and stock accuracy across locations.
• Coordinate operations across all warehouse departments (drivers, receiving, shipping).
• Enforce safety protocols and inspections (elevator, fire, bay door).
• Organize order scheduling and fulfillment for all locations.
• Liaise with locations to resolve stock discrepancies.
