Lewis Marine Supply, a long‑standing marine distributor in South Florida, seeks an Outside Sales Rep to drive growth across Florida. This field-based role requires travel to meet clients, present products, and close deals.

You will develop customer relationships, deliver tailored marine solutions, and collaborate with marketing and service teams to exceed targets while staying current on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, preferably in marine industries.
• Strong knowledge of boats and marine equipment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct in-person meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and contracts.
• Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
