White Birch Armory in Dover, NH is seeking a full-time Sales Training Supervisor to lead the development of our next generation of retail sales associates and range safety officers. In this role, you'll design onboarding programs, deliver engaging training sessions, and monitor progress to build confident, knowledgeable team members in a fast-paced firearms retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience creating training materials and procedural documentation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to teach, coach, mentor, and develop others.

• Experience with firearms, sporting goods, or specialty retail preferred.
