White Birch Armory in Dover, NH is seeking a full-time Range Customer Service Associate to join our team. You’ll greet guests, handle check-ins, assist with merchandise and firearm purchases, process sales, transfers, and 4473 forms while maintaining a welcoming, safe environment.

You’ll help on the range, monitor activities, promote safe handling as Range Safety Officer, and address safety concerns. The position offers a competitive $15/hour wage, free range time, and a top-tier benefits

Qualifications

• 21+ years old
• Strong customer service, communication, and active listening skills
• Working knowledge of firearms, firearm safety, and related merchandise
• Ability to remain calm, alert, and safety focused in dynamic environments
• Ability to operate or quickly learn point of sale and operational systems
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Responsibilities

• Greet customers for check-ins and assist with merchandise and firearm purchases
• Process sales transactions, firearm transfers, and 4473 forms while keeping the facility organized
• Assist customers on the range, monitor activities, promote safe firearm handling as a Range Safety Officer
• Address safety concerns as needed
