Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and work in an autonomous environment.
• Must have own transportation, valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager, DDO, or corporate office when unable to resolve.
• Answer inquiries and perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations.
• Respond professionally to customers and validate information with active listening.
• Handle and count currency, manage cash drawer, and balance deposits.
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend per policy.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and complete trainings; perform other duties.
