You will oversee balance sheets, manage corporate finance activities, and mentor the finance team while ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient operations across multi-location retail settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the retail industry.
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and corporate finance principles.
• Experience with balance sheet management and cost accounting practices.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and monitor financial plans and budgets aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and reporting to provide insights into business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage corporate finance functions including capital structure, funding strategies, and investment analysis.
• Oversee cost accounting processes to control expenses and improve cost efficiency across retail operations.
• Prepare and review balance sheets, income statements, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making and operational initiatives.
• Lead and mentor finance team members to enhance their skills and ensure high-quality financial management.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls to mitigate risks.
