Hyundai MOBIS Alabama, LLC-Savannah Plant is seeking an Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting and forecasting for a manufacturing operation. This role partners with plant leadership and reports to the CFO, driving profitability and cash flow improvements across U.S.

operations and Korea HQ. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 8+ years of experience with at least 3 in supervision, IFRS knowledge, SAP, Excel, and strong leadership in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and eight+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Professional manufacturing experience with automotive industry preferred; leadership in prior roles.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and financial reporting, budgeting, and cost accounting capabilities.
• Hands-on SAP experience and advanced Excel skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight close deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and reporting packages.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variance analysis.
• Maintain internal controls, IFRS compliance, and audit readiness.
• Coordinate intercompany accounting and transfer pricing with corporate/tax teams.
• Provide financial insights to improve profitability and working capital.
