Spring Footwear Corp. is seeking an experienced Retail Field Training & Development Manager to develop Store Managers and sales staff across our Spring Step Shoes locations. This hands-on leader will train, coach, and support field teams, ensuring consistent customer experience and operational excellence in retail environments.

The role emphasizes in-store collaboration, new store openings, relocations, and closings, with travel to multiple locations to drive results and leadership development.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to lead and develop multi-store retail teams.
• Experience creating and delivering training programs and SOPs.
• Strong coaching and field support skills to drive store performance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver training programs for Store Managers, Assistant Managers, and Sales Associates.
• Lead onboarding and training for new retail employees and managers.
• Create and maintain SOPs, job aids, checklists to ensure consistent store execution.
• Provide ongoing training in product knowledge, selling skills, customer experience, and operations.
• Coach Store Managers to build capable leaders who train and develop their teams.
