Spring Footwear Corporation, headquartered in Pompano Beach, Florida, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting across B2B wholesale, DTC, ecommerce, retail, and corporate functions. You will partner with the CEO/COO and leaders to align hiring with growth strategy, develop proactive sourcing, and build strong pipelines for current and future openings.

The role requires recruiting across Store Management, Ecommerce, Finance, Marketing, and Operations,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition, corporate recruiting, agency recruiting, or executive search.

Responsabilités

• Own the recruiting process from initial workforce need through accepted offer and onboarding handoff.
• Manage 20+ active searches across corporate, wholesale, ecommerce, retail, distribution, and operational functions.
• Partner with CEO/COO and leaders to establish hiring priorities.
• Translate business needs into candidate profiles and job descriptions.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals, and job boards.
• Screen and interview candidates for experience, leadership, communication, motivation, salary expectations, and fit.
• Present qualified candidates with clear assessments and recommendations to leadership.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain momentum; manage communication, references, offers, and negotiations.
• Build pipelines for future positions before urgent needs arise.
• Build employer brand and relationships with colleges, professional organizations, and industry communities.
• Create strong candidate experiences and communicate Spring Footwear’s growth story.
