Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I in Gainesville, FL to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment such as self-checkout systems across a defined territory. You will organize and triage customer issues and provide timely resolutions with training provided.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and some hardware/OS familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts; flexible start times.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
