Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician I for the Ft Lauderdale, FL area. You will install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, across an assigned territory.

Must be able to travel as needed and perform maintenance and overhauls with a focus on customer satisfaction. Qualified candidates will have basic PC and electronic skills, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to be trained on scissor lifts and related retail

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and some hardware and operating system familiarity.
• Willing to be trained on and operate small scale scissor lifts in retail environments to service or replace networking equipment such as access points or switches.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
