Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation in Atlanta, GA is hiring a Field Service Technician I to install, maintain and repair electromechanical checkout systems across retail locations. You’ll handle service calls, perform preventive maintenance, and engage with customers to deliver swift, effective solutions.

The role requires a valid US work authorization, a driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Training is provided; shifts include rotating mornings, afternoons, and some weekends.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US with a valid driver’s license.
• At least 18 years old and able to meet fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronics, and hardware/OS familiarity.
• Willing to travel, rotate shifts and weekends as needed.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs (150 lbs with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems in an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
• Triage customer issues and communicate solutions clearly.
• Be trained to operate small-scale scissor lifts in retail environments.
