Job summary

NCR Voyix is hiring a Field Service Technician I in Fayetteville, AR. You will perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls, traveling within the territory to service electromechanical equipment such as self-checkout systems.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to work rotating shifts, and comfort with travel. Training is provided to develop skills, with immediate benefits including medical insurance and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills and basic electronics familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• Willing to travel and rotate shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
