Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician I in Louisville, KY. You will perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls on electromechanical checkout equipment, working with large retail clients across an assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to a specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and some hardware knowledge.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Able to travel several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Lift up to 75 lbs, up to 150 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
