Techtronic Industries - TTI is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share within The Home Depot and other national accounts. You will execute promotions, demonstrations, and merchandising while building strong retailer partnerships.

This role offers hands-on field experience, analytics use, and advancement opportunities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include sales target attainment, event planning, and collaboration with marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass drug and DMV screenings.
• Valid US driver's license for 1+ year.
• Own reliable transportation with insurance.
• Willing to travel to stores and meetings; air travel may be required.

Responsabilités

• Exceed sales targets at The Home Depot with product solutions.
• Plan events, demos, and store walks to boost engagement.
• Support brand marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Ensure brand presence and merchandising; use data analytics (Power BI) when needed.
• Develop understanding of retail marketplace and channel dynamics.
• Participate in TTI training to work independently in markets.
