Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share and execute retail strategies at The Home Depot. You will gain hands-on experience in merchandising, sales analytics, and customer engagement while supporting brand initiatives.

The role involves travel to assigned stores, promoting products, and building partnerships with retail teams in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous year.
• Personal vehicle and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel to assigned store locations and occasional meetings/events.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a retail environment full time.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and merchandising readiness; use data analytics to drive decisions.
• Build relationships with Home Depot team members for in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with store resets as needed.
