Techtronic Industries (TTI) is hiring for a full-time field role supporting The Home Depot, delivering best-in-class B2C sales, product demos, and strategic merchandising.

You will work with store teams, analyze data, and drive promotions to grow market share while upholding safety and brand standards. Applicants must be 21+, US work eligibility, a valid driver\'s license, a vehicle, and willingness to travel.

Qualificações

• 21+ years of age or older.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to pass drug screening and driver record screening.

Responsabilidades

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support strategic brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and merchandising through data-driven decisions and store resets.
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace and customer profiles.
• Participate in the company training program to enhance market knowledge.
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot team members for in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and report tasks promptly.
• Contribute to merchandising resets to showcase cutting-edge products.
