Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share at The Home Depot across assigned locations. You will lead demonstrations, events, and in-store activities, applying data-driven decisions to maximize product visibility and sell-through.

You will participate in TTI training programs, build strong retailer relationships, and coordinate merchandising while managing inventory and reporting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and MVR screening.
• Valid US driver’s license for at least one year.
• Own a personal vehicle with insurance listing you as primary driver.
• Willing to travel to stores and events; air travel as needed.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and handling ladders.
• Retail environment work; standing for shifts; some nights/weekends.
• Self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets at The Home Depot via B2C sales and customer service.
• Plan and execute promotions, product demos, and store walks.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to raise awareness and drive sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and merchandising with data-driven Power BI insights.
• Develop understanding of retail marketplace and competitive landscape.
• Complete TTI training and work independently in assigned market.
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot staff for in-store execution.
• Manage inventory, down-stock, and timely task reporting.
• Support merchandising resets and timely product placement with safety compliance.
