2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, is hiring a full-time Retail Field Sales Manager in Brandon, FL.

As a brand advocate, you will drive merchandising excellence, deliver product training, and boost shopper purchase journeys to lift sell-out across multiple retail channels.

The role requires 4+ years in multi-unit territory management, travel within the region, and a proven ability to train staff and build relationships with store managers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in multi-unit territory management and retail concepts.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must travel daily; reside within territory; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Brand advocacy and training through product knowledge.
• Develop schedules for store visits across multiple channels.
• Achieve KPIs and drive sell-out through field execution.
• Build relationships with retail store managers.
