Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, is hiring a full-time Retail Field Sales Manager to join the Field Sales Team in Augusta, GA. You will be a brand advocate, drive merchandising excellence, train staff, and help shoppers move toward buy decisions.

The role requires 4+ years of multi-unit territory management, travel across the market, and a willingness to travel domestically. You’ll support multiple retail channels and implement store guidelines to boost sell-out

Qualifications

• 4+ years in multi-unit territory management and product training.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business/Marketing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Brand advocacy and customer engagement at Samsung displays.
• Schedule visits across multiple channel locations.
• Train retail staff on Samsung products and ecosystem.
• Achieve KPIs and drive unit sell-out.
• Build relationships with store managers.
• Follow store visit protocols and branding guidelines.
