Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead retail project executions, including fixture installations, display builds, store remodels, and resets. You’ll travel across markets, coaching field teams and aligning with store leadership to meet client standards safely and on schedule.

You will manage large-scale resets, new store setups, and merchandising programs, ensuring issue resolution with store management and compliance with safety requirements.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience completing and leading electronic display builds and installation projects.
• Experience in planogram reset and/or merchandising.
• Experience leading, training, or directing the work of field associates; formal or informal lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee retail fixture installations and complex electronic display builds.
• Lead new store setups, remodels, and other large-scale retail projects.
• Execute and coordinate store resets, reflows, and merchandising programs.
• Partner with store management to resolve issues and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to client specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
